1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and GetViralStack ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the website at getviralstack.com and all associated services.

By registering an account, completing a purchase, or otherwise accessing our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

2. Eligibility

To use GetViralStack you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
• Not be located in a jurisdiction where use of our services is prohibited by law
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration

By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and not share it with any third party
• Notify us immediately at support@getviralstack.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account
• Provide accurate information and keep your profile details up to date

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or pose a risk to our platform or other users. Bans are issued at our sole discretion and may be issued without prior notice in cases of serious misconduct.

4. Products & Services

GetViralStack offers a range of digital products and services including:

• Digital downloads — files, templates, and content packages available for immediate or gated download after purchase
• Sound packs — licensed audio files for personal and commercial creative use as specified per product
• Software tool access — time-limited or slot-based access to third-party software tools facilitated through GetViralStack
• Academy course enquiries — a lead generation service connecting you with CloudForge Academy; course delivery is the responsibility of the academy

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee that all information is error-free.

5. Payments

All transactions on GetViralStack are processed in Nigerian Naira (₦) via Paystack. By completing a purchase you agree to Paystack's terms of service.

• Prices displayed are inclusive of any applicable fees unless stated otherwise
• Payment is due in full at the time of purchase
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud before delivery
• Coupon and promo codes are applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively
• Free gift orders granted at signup carry no monetary value and are non-transferable

6. Digital Products

Upon successful payment, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased digital content for personal or commercial purposes as specified on the product page.

• You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicence purchased digital files to third parties
• You may not claim authorship of content you did not create
• File access is delivered via secure signed tokens and expires after use or a set time period
• We are not liable for compatibility issues arising from software or operating system differences

Access to purchased products is tied to your account. Sharing account credentials to grant others access to purchased content is prohibited and may result in account termination.

7. Software Tool Access

Tool access orders provide you with shared or solo credentials for third-party software for a specified duration. By purchasing tool access you acknowledge:

• Access is time-limited and expires on the date stated at purchase
• Shared plans have a maximum number of users per slot; misuse that affects other users may result in access revocation without refund
• We act as a facilitator; ultimate service continuity depends on the third-party software provider
• Credentials must not be shared outside the licensed plan
• Expiry reminder emails are sent as a courtesy; it is your responsibility to renew before expiry

8. Affiliate Program

GetViralStack operates a referral and affiliate programme. By applying and being approved as an affiliate you agree to:

• Promote GetViralStack honestly and not make misleading claims about our products
• Not engage in self-referral, cookie stuffing, or any form of fraudulent traffic generation
• Accept that commissions have a 5-day holding period before becoming available for withdrawal
• Accept that commissions linked to refunded or reversed orders will be deducted
• Provide accurate bank account details for withdrawal; we are not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect information

We reserve the right to adjust commission rates, suspend, or terminate affiliate accounts at our discretion. Suspected fraudulent affiliate activity will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of pending commissions.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use our platform for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems
• Reverse engineer, copy, or replicate our platform's proprietary features
• Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or disruptive content
• Circumvent rate limiting, session controls, or security measures
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free gift offers or coupon systems
• Impersonate GetViralStack staff or other users
• Use purchased tool credentials beyond the scope of your plan

10. Intellectual Property

All content on GetViralStack — including but not limited to the website design, logos, branding, code, marketing materials, and original product listings — is the intellectual property of GetViralStack or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Purchasing a product grants you a usage licence only. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to you unless explicitly stated in the product description.

11. Disclaimers

GetViralStack provides its platform and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Uninterrupted or error-free access to our platform
• Continued availability of specific products or tools
• Fitness of products for a particular purpose
• Results or outcomes from use of purchased content or tools

Third-party tools and academy courses are provided by independent parties. GetViralStack does not guarantee the quality, availability, or results of third-party services.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GetViralStack and its owners, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — our platform or services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 90 days preceding the claim.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or if we believe your actions may cause harm to GetViralStack, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access purchased content and tools will cease. Refunds upon termination for cause are issued at our sole discretion. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support@getviralstack.com.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of GetViralStack after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Nigeria.
